Marianna I Chaet, EsqMARIANNA I. CHAET, ESQ.  assists clients in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, special needs planning, and business law. She found a love for estate planning in her first trusts and estates class at the University of Georgia School of Law. She then continued her studies in the area taking every estate planning class that the University offered. She enjoys working in this field because she is able to help people whether they are planning for the future or dealing with the loss of a loved one. Her goal is to make a difficult time less cumbersome.

While at the University of Georgia School of Law, Marianna worked at the school's family violence clinic and helped clients obtain temporary and permanent restraining orders. She has also interned for the legal department of an Atlanta corporation and the Honorable Judge Christopher Ballar of the Gwinnett County Probate Court.

Marianna has published multiple articles in the North Fulton Family Life and Milton Neighbor Publications. She has been an invited speaker for the Alpharetta New Comers Club and has presented on various estate planning topics for various groups. Marianna spends her time volunteering as a member of the Advisory Council for the Drake House and has previously volunteered with the Furkids animal shelter.

Marianna grew up in the North Fulton area and attended Chattahoochee High School. She is fluent in Russian and conversational in Spanish. Her unwavering commitment to the city of Atlanta is proven by her ongoing support of the Falcons, Hawks, and the Braves. Marianna and her husband live in Roswell and have a 2-year old little boy as well as a cat that sometimes thinks he is a dog.
